You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 7 calendar days of your purchase, provided the item has not been used and is in original packaging.

After the 7-day period you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund.

To return your product for refund, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.  If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service.  We are not responsible for any lost deliveries.

A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all return equipment. All gas, refrigerated or electrical equipment sold by York Restaurant Equipment must be installed, where applicable, by a licensed, commercial installer.  Failure to do so will void the manufacturer’s warranty.  York Restaurant Equipment is not liable for any equipment damage once it has left York Restaurant Equipment on route to the client via third party.

All sales require a 50% deposit upon acceptance of the quotation with the balance due prior to shipment.
